Salary: $1,300 – $1,800 per month

What you will do

• Execute high-end retouching for advertising, editorial, fashion, and commercial campaigns.
• Perform advanced color correction, compositing, image cleanup, and final image finishing.
• Retouch beauty, skin, and product imagery with exceptional attention to detail.
• Integrate CGI elements seamlessly into photographic compositions.
• Collaborate with photographers, art directors, and CGI artists throughout production workflows.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and production schedules.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional retouching experience in a commercial studio, agency, or production environment.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of color theory, lighting, composition, and photographic principles.
• Advanced skills in compositing, masking, and non-destructive editing techniques.
• Proven experience in high-end beauty and skin retouching.
• Must be based in Brazil.

Nice to have

• Experience with Capture One and large-scale campaigns.
• Knowledge of print/digital production workflows.
• Basic knowledge of 3D tools such as Cinema 4D or Blender.
• Familiarity with CGI workflows and integration.
