What you will do
- Lead the integration team in the design and delivery of integration solutions for the MDM platform.
- Define integration strategies and select appropriate patterns for connecting third-party systems.
- Plan and coordinate all integration activities, including effort estimation and resource planning.
- Oversee end-to-end execution of deliverables, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and project management to align with enterprise standards.
- Identify risks and drive mitigation actions to ensure system scalability, performance, and security.
Requirements
- Must be based in Budapest (Hybrid)
- 5+ years of experience in data integration and/or data engineering roles.
- 2+ years of experience in a technical leadership or team lead role.
- Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools and modern data integration patterns.
- Solid knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), and REST APIs.
- English: C1 proficiency required for effective stakeholder management.
Nice to have
- Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) systems.
- Knowledge of data governance frameworks and enterprise data architecture.
- Experience in large-scale transformation or data modernization programs.
