What you will do

• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs across segments and regions via interviews, competitor analysis, and data analysis.
• Translate customer insights into market-leading product and commercial strategies in collaboration with product and partnership teams.
• Manage the go-to-market process for new experiences and products, coordinating with sales, marketing, operations, and legal.
• Identify and develop strategic "big product bets" to unlock new use cases and drive business growth.
• Embed robust operational frameworks and best practices across product, commercial, and strategy teams.
• Communicate strategic recommendations and outcomes to the CEO and VP Global Head of Product.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm or a product strategy function at a fast-growing tech company.
• Proven track record of effective cross-functional collaboration with sales, operations, design, and data analytics.
• Strong analytical and first-principles problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills for articulating complex concepts simply.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with demonstrated academic achievement.
• Must be based in Singapore.
