What you will do

  • Architect and demonstrate complex technical solutions tailored to specific customer needs and environments.
  • Support the Value Selling process, including TDDs, Success Criteria, POVs, RFIs, and RFPs.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to provide field insights and influence the product roadmap.
  • Deliver technical enablement sessions for internal teams, channel resellers, and customers.
  • Mentor junior Sales Engineers to foster their technical and soft skills development.
  • Conduct technical win/loss analysis to improve sales engineering processes and product offerings.

Requirements

  • Strong technical knowledge of the Falcon Platform and the broader security landscape.
  • Solid understanding of incident response, malware analysis, forensics, or security analytics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
  • Resilience and resourcefulness in problem-solving within a dynamic environment.
  • Proactive, organized, and analytical mindset with a self-sufficient work ethic.
