Salary: 23,700 – 37,455 PLN gross monthly

What you will do

• Design, implement, and optimize core gameplay systems and key features for a AAA project.
• Develop internal tools and debugging utilities to streamline the gameplay development process.
• Collaborate with designers and cross-functional teams to define technical scope and delivery plans.
• Debug and resolve complex technical challenges across large-scale gameplay systems.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure modular, maintainable, and high-quality code.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to support overall team growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in the games industry with at least one shipped AAA title.
• Strong expertise in C++ and practical experience with Unreal Engine 5.
• Deep understanding of game engine architecture, multithreaded systems, and 3D vector mathematics.
• Advanced experience implementing combat, animation, locomotion, or physics systems.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
• Relocation to Warsaw, Poland is required.
