TL;DR

What you will do

  • Design, develop, and maintain Unreal Engine 5 editor and runtime tools.
  • Build asset validation, performance visualization, and workflow automation systems.
  • Develop Python-based DCC and pipeline tools for Blender, Maya, and Houdini.
  • Create integrations with Perforce, REST APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Design scalable tooling architectures and establish technical standards.
  • Mentor engineers and lead technical decision-making through code reviews.

Requirements

  • Strong modern C++ skills in production environments.
  • Deep experience with Unreal Engine 5 tools development (Editor plugins, Slate/UMG, Engine subsystems).
  • Strong Python skills for pipeline and tooling development.
  • 4+ years of software engineering or technical tools development experience.
  • Experience with Perforce and automation workflows.
  • English: Advanced (C1) level required.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Blender, Maya, Houdini, or Substance Painter tooling.
  • Knowledge of C# / .NET.
  • CI/CD experience with GitLab or Jenkins.
  • AI-assisted tooling or LLM integrations.
  • Experience with Rendering, graphics, or Chaos Physics.
