What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain Unreal Engine 5 editor and runtime tools.
- Build asset validation, performance visualization, and workflow automation systems.
- Develop Python-based DCC and pipeline tools for Blender, Maya, and Houdini.
- Create integrations with Perforce, REST APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Design scalable tooling architectures and establish technical standards.
- Mentor engineers and lead technical decision-making through code reviews.
Requirements
- Strong modern C++ skills in production environments.
- Deep experience with Unreal Engine 5 tools development (Editor plugins, Slate/UMG, Engine subsystems).
- Strong Python skills for pipeline and tooling development.
- 4+ years of software engineering or technical tools development experience.
- Experience with Perforce and automation workflows.
- English: Advanced (C1) level required.
Nice to have
- Experience with Blender, Maya, Houdini, or Substance Painter tooling.
- Knowledge of C# / .NET.
- CI/CD experience with GitLab or Jenkins.
- AI-assisted tooling or LLM integrations.
- Experience with Rendering, graphics, or Chaos Physics.
