What you will do

• Manage the monthly billing and collection cycle to ensure timely invoicing.
• Review payment entries for accuracy and reconcile customer collections.
• Align AR aging reports and resolve discrepancies in customer accounts.
• Collaborate with sales representatives, business operations, and customer success teams.
• Optimize financial data flows and improve accounting output accuracy.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in AR, Billing, or Collection roles, preferably within a global B2B high-tech company.
• Strong English skills (written and verbal) are a must.
• High availability during the first few business days of each month to support the billing cycle.
• Proficiency with ERP environments and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite ERP.
• Proficiency in French or other additional languages.
