Location: Remote (Global, excluding Russia and Belarus)

What you will do
- Conduct keyword research, SERP analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize on-page elements including titles, meta descriptions, headings, and internal linking.
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues such as crawling, indexing, and site architecture.
- Develop SEO briefs, keyword maps, and content guidelines for planning.
- Monitor organic performance using GSC, GA4, and SEO tools to report on KPIs.
- Create wireframes and plan landing page structures using Figma.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in on-page, technical, and content SEO.
- Experience with international or multilingual SEO strategies.
- Proficiency in Russian (native/fluent) and English (B2+).
- Must be based outside of Russia and Belarus.
- Strong technical SEO knowledge including schema markup, redirects, and canonicals.
- Ability to use Figma for mockups and landing page planning.
Nice to have
- Experience with programmatic SEO or large-scale content optimization.
- Proficiency in Looker Studio, BigQuery, or SQL.
- Programming skills in Python.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress or Webflow.
