What you will do

• Lead international supplier payout management, reconciliation, and contract negotiations to reduce costs.
• Manage card payments, including merchant services, payment processors, and gateways.
• Drive the end-to-end integration of international agent commission payment processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Tech teams to optimize workflows and align data flows.
• Partner with Business Intelligence to define KPIs and analyze payment data via Looker.
• Monitor payment industry trends to inform strategic company decisions.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of professional experience in payments.
• Strong understanding of payment processes and working with PSPs.
• Expertise in designing and running reconciliation and control processes.
• Advanced analytical and spreadsheet skills.
• Excellent written and presentation skills.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Berlin, Germany
