What you will do

• Define and lead the experimentation strategy using A/B, multivariate, holdout, and sequential testing practices.
• Build and evolve experimentation frameworks and governance models for enterprise-level product and engineering teams.
• Analyze experiment results using advanced statistical methods, including significance testing and bias/variance evaluation.
• Partner with Engineering, Data Science, and AI/ML teams to optimize experimentation infrastructure.
• Translate outcomes into clear product recommendations to drive user experience and business growth.
• Scale experimentation platforms such as Adobe Target, Optimizely, or Statsig.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management with a strong focus on experimentation and testing frameworks.
• Deep expertise in A/B, multivariate, holdout, and sequential testing methodologies.
• Strong understanding of statistical concepts such as significance, sample sizing, and variance analysis.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise tools like Adobe Target, Optimizely, or Statsig.
• Proven ability to communicate complex data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in the United States.
