What you will do
- Translate high-level partnership strategies into clear product backlogs and sprints.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, design, analytics, and growth.
- Implement and analyze testing strategies, including A/B testing, to improve user experience.
- Maintain a data-driven approach to track product metrics and report performance to senior management.
- Balance day-to-day execution with long-term performance goals.
Requirements
- 2–6+ years of experience owning digital products from discovery to launch.
- Must be based in the US and available in EST or Central time zones.
- Strong grasp of user behavior, UX, and conversion optimization.
- Proven ability to align remote, cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- English: C1+ proficiency required.
