What you will do

• Define and shape the design, build, and evaluation of AI-native product experiences to ensure reliability and compliance.
• Lead Spec-Driven Development by defining expected behaviors, constraints, and success criteria before implementation.
• Develop reusable AI foundations and modular AI "skills" to automate real workflows within the ecosystem.
• Establish robust automated and human-in-the-loop evaluation frameworks for AI quality and safety.
• Design and evolve RAG strategies to ground AI systems in trusted, deterministic data sources.
• Architect agentic workflows combining LLMs, rules, and user oversight to ensure transparency and auditability.

Requirements

• Solid depth in both backend and frontend software engineering.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proven track record of shipping real AI-powered systems and products to production.
• Strong proficiency in APIs, system design, and technical leadership.
• English: C1+ required for clear and effective communication.
