What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and resilient automation solutions using the full UiPath stack, including Studio, Orchestrator, and AI Center.
• Manage the entire solution lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Lead migration activities such as UiPath version upgrades, refactoring, and continuous enhancement of existing solutions.
• Participate in the discovery, estimation, and delivery of advanced automation and Agentic AI use cases.
• Ensure consistent code quality by applying UiPath best practices and developing reusable components.
• Contribute to project planning, technical documentation, and provide mentorship to junior developers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in UiPath development.
• Strong proficiency with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework.
• Proven experience designing enterprise-scale automation architectures and delivering multiple RPA solutions.
• Hands-on experience with UiPath IDP (Intelligent Document Processing) and Test Manager.
• Proficiency in English and French (and potentially Italian).
• Must be located in Barcelona, Spain.

Nice to have

• Expertise in building Agentic AI solutions using AI Center and Action Center.
• UiARD or UiPath Advanced RPA Developer certification.
• Familiarity with cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Broad knowledge of the automation landscape, including Process Mining and Test Automation.
