What you will do

• Design and develop scalable software applications using GoLang for the Lending platform.
• Lead architectural planning and define coding standards to ensure clean, efficient code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver new features.
• Automate repetitive tasks through scripting and appropriate tooling.
• Perform code reviews and troubleshoot complex system issues to maintain security and stability.
• Mentor and guide junior software engineers in their professional growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend development.
• Strong proficiency in GoLang.
• Proven experience in designing scalable and maintainable architectures.
• Experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of security best practices and coding guidelines.
• Must be based in Jakarta
