What you will do

• Design, analyze, and test complex mechanical parts and assemblies for Gaming products.
• Ensure designs meet quality, cost, reliability, and functionality specifications.
• Collaborate with worldwide functions and manufacturing teams to optimize designs for mass production.
• Launch and qualify plastic tooling, including design debugging.
• Resolve complex mechanical engineering challenges.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design for high-volume consumer electronic products.
• Strong knowledge of plastics, tooling, injection molding, and assembly processes.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling and quality tools (DFMEA, DFMA, PSS, Tolerance Analysis).
• Fluent prototyping skills.
• English: Good command of writing and speaking required.

Nice to have

• Experience with CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering).
• Knowledge of metal punch tool structure and design.
