What you will do

• Own the end-to-end UX vision and strategy for a game title or major feature area from concept through implementation.
• Produce high-fidelity UI, mockups, wireframes, prototypes, and design documentation using Figma.
• Define interaction patterns and quality bars for player-facing experiences in undefined problem spaces.
• Collaborate with Game Design, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to influence product direction.
• Experiment with AI tools and workflows to enhance design productivity and impact.
• Mentor designers and contribute to the definition of scalable design systems and patterns.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with senior ownership of complex mobile projects.
• Expert-level skill in user flows, wireframing, and visual design with fluency in Figma.
• Strong proficiency in both English and Japanese (verbal and written).
• Proven track record of shipping mobile applications or games.
• Experience mentoring other designers and influencing cross-functional partners.
• Must be based in Tokyo for hybrid office attendance.
