What you will do

• Research and develop AI/ML tools for Hard Disk Drive (HDD) manufacturing data analysis.
• Develop systems for the early detection of incoming and assembly issues.
• Build outgoing quality prediction models to reduce DPPM and excursions.
• Collaborate with the IT-FIS team to deploy analytics into factory IT systems for real-time production.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Big Data Analytics.
• Strong knowledge of big data and machine-learning statistics and algorithms.
• Proficiency in Python or Java development.
• Language: Good communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Location: Must be based in Wuxi, China.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with AI/ML project development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
