Customer Success Manager, Enterprise (Fintech)

What you will do

• Manage enterprise merchants and support growth of the cross-border payments business.
• Monitor merchants’ daily cross-border payment activity, understand operational performance, and report relevant findings.
• Identify clients’ scenario-based needs, business pain points, and new business opportunities.
• Resolve client issues involving pricing configuration, KYC/KYB, transaction monitoring, and related processes.
• Provide data analysis and optimization support to help clients develop their businesses.
• Collaborate with product, R&D, and other teams to improve or innovate products, features, and processes.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant industry experience; experience supporting large enterprises is preferred.
• Strong communication, language expression, logical thinking, and business acumen.
• Ability to proactively identify client needs and explore business opportunities.
• Strong information and data collection, data analysis, and data sensitivity skills.
• Detail-oriented, results-driven, proactive, resilient, and capable of learning quickly in a team environment.
