What you will do

• Handle incidents across Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in incident response or information security.
• Native or high business-level Japanese (written and verbal) for direct customer communication.
• Knowledge of computer forensics, network protocols, and system internals.
• Experience with programming or scripting (e.g., Python, C#, .NET, Ruby).
• Current residence in Japan.
• Experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making and workflows.
