What you will do
- Research, analyze, and define product features and establish metrics to measure business impact.
- Drive the end-to-end planning and execution of the product lifecycle.
- Write detailed specifications for new features and system enhancements.
- Develop and communicate a product roadmap and prototype visions to align stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, operations, sales, and legal teams to implement solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) is required.
- Strong analytical skills with a passion for data-driven product development.
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities with high attention to detail.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- A proactive drive to execute tasks and achieve results.
Nice to have
- 3+ years of experience in product management within a tech company (for senior levels).
- Degree in IT or Computer Science.
- Prior experience as a software developer, UX designer, or project manager.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, PHP, JavaScript, Python, Go).
- Experience with Agile product development methodologies.
- Advanced degrees such as Master's, PhD, or MBA.
