What you will do

• Research, analyze, and define product features and metrics to measure company impact.
• Drive the end-to-end planning and execution of product initiatives.
• Write detailed specifications for new features and enhancements.
• Develop the product roadmap and prototype visions to align stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, operations, sales, and legal teams to deliver products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1).
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven product development.
• High level of organization and detail orientation.
• Solid oral and written communication skills.
• Must be based in Jakarta, Indonesia

Nice to have

• 3+ years of experience in product management for senior levels.
• Degree in IT or Computer Science.
• Prior experience as a software developer, UX designer, or project manager.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, PHP, JavaScript, Python, Go).
• Experience with agile product development.
• Advanced degrees such as Masters, PhD, or MBA.
