- Deliver a world-class customer experience within Prisma's Global CS Team.
- Lead project planning, execution, and delivery across teams.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables; track progress.
- Act as primary communication hub between stakeholders.
- Coordinate meetings, docs, and status reporting.
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in project coordination or project management.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional and international teams.
- Proficiency with Smartsheet, Zendesk, Jira, Salesforce.
- Strong MS Office skills; SharePoint; and documentation.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management.
- Advanced English and stakeholder management.
