What you will do
- Lead commercial management of key accounts and deliver financial targets, including revenue, margin, and profitability for the ESCA business.
- Develop and implement proactive account plans and accurate sales forecasts aligned with the Cluster Business Strategy.
- Oversee inventory management and third-party warehousing support to ensure seamless distribution and retail execution.
- Manage and inspire a team consisting of Key Account Managers, Territory Sales Representatives, and a Biologicals Development Manager.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Regulatory, Agronomy, and Supply Chain to drive sustainable growth.
- Identify and resolve customer challenges proactively to create new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in agriculture or a sales-oriented organization.
- Proven expertise in sales, negotiation, product positioning, and campaign management.
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong business acumen and experience in an autonomous sales and marketing role.
- Based in Nairobi, Kenya.
