What you will do

• Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for fungicide crop protection categories.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead the Local Product Concept Team (LPCT) and build business cases for new product concepts.
• Manage the product portfolio lifecycle, including value propositions and go-to-market plans.
• Collaborate with European Portfolio, Regulatory, R&D, and Sales teams to ensure plan execution.
• Create training materials for the sales force and external partners.

Requirements

• Degree in Agriculture, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Product or Category Marketing Manager in the agricultural crop protection industry (specifically fungicides).
• Fluency in English and either Danish or Swedish is required.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in stakeholder management within matrix environments.
• Willingness to travel as required.
