What you will do
- Lead and coach a team of 4 SEO specialists, focusing on career development and resource allocation.
- Drive commercial growth by identifying new business opportunities and leading client pitches.
- Act as a strategic anchor for key enterprise clients, aligning organic search with broader marketing goals for C-suite stakeholders.
- Develop the company's SEO offering by staying ahead of industry shifts, such as AI overviews and changing search behaviors.
- Collaborate with cross-market teams to ensure the commercial health and growth of the portfolio.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SEO and digital marketing, ideally within an agency environment.
- Proven experience in people management and coaching senior specialists.
- Strong commercial mindset with a track record in client acquisition and organic portfolio growth.
- Deep understanding of how Search Engines and LLMs/AI are changing the search landscape.
- Proficiency in both English and Danish is required.
- Must be based in Aarhus, Denmark.
