What you will do
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and three-statement financial modeling for products, research reports, and consulting projects.
- Research semiconductor and AI industries, including market trends, technological developments, and competitive landscapes.
- Track earnings, news releases, product trends, and technology developments across covered companies and industries.
- Support research reports, presentations, and other client deliverables.
- Take ownership of Industry Model components and research projects while collaborating with lead analysts.
- Build industry relationships, contribute to client interactions, attend conferences and events across Singapore and APAC, and help prepare newsletter articles.
Requirements
- 0–4 years of experience in equities research, investment banking, or the buy-side.
- Undergraduate degree in business, finance, engineering, computer science, or another relevant technical field.
- Demonstrated financial modeling and analysis experience, including proficiency in three-statement modeling.
- Strong research, synthesis, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; PowerPoint or similar presentation software experience is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in English is required; the role is based in Singapore.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Python or other relevant software.
- Additional language skills.
- Strong interest in technology, semiconductors, and AI.
