What you will do

• Lead the design and evolution of shared mobile architecture, including navigation, state management, networking, and offline strategies.
• Own and maintain core platform capabilities, such as design system components, authentication, and payment frameworks.
• Drive application security (anti-tampering, certificate pinning) and track platform-level performance metrics.
• Continuously improve mobile CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Bitrise to reduce build times and friction.
• Manage the end-to-end mobile release process and establish organization-wide engineering best practices.
• Provide technical mentorship to senior and mid-level engineers through design reviews and coaching.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience building native mobile applications on iOS or Android.
• At least 3+ years of experience operating at a Senior or Staff level.
• Deep expertise in Swift, SwiftUI, Combine, and async/await (iOS) or Kotlin, AndroidX, Jetpack, and Coroutines (Android).
• Proven track record of leading cross-team technical initiatives and evolving mobile architectures.
• Experience owning and improving mobile CI/CD pipelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in payments, fintech, or B2B SaaS domains.
• Prior ownership of shared mobile libraries or frameworks used at scale.
• Hands-on experience with observability tooling like Crashlytics or Sentry.
• Contributions to the mobile community via open source, talks, or blog posts.
