Senior iOS Developer (Swift/SwiftUI): Shaping the architectural foundation of the mobile platform with an accent on scalable, modular solutions and technical standards. Focus on driving modularization, improving CI/CD reliability, and reducing technical debt to enable multiple cross-functional teams.
Location: Berlin, Germany (Hybrid/WFH arrangements possible)

What you will do
- Drive modularization and evolve a scalable iOS architecture.
- Define and refine technical standards and architectural guidelines.
- Improve CI/CD reliability, build performance, and release processes.
- Strengthen testing strategies and establish quality foundations across teams.
- Optimize app stability, performance, and overall technical health.
- Strategically reduce technical debt through platform improvements.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Swift and experience with large-scale production apps.
- Deep understanding of modular architecture and scalable app structures.
- Hands-on experience with Clean Architecture, MVVM, or similar patterns.
- Proficiency in modern concurrency concepts and memory management in iOS.
- Solid experience with unit testing and improving test coverage.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and app release processes.
