Senior React Native Engineer (Fintech)

hirify.global provides financial services through a fintech platform operating across multiple markets.

What you will do

• Own mobile signup, onboarding, identity verification, and level-up flows across iOS and React Native.
• Define React Native architecture patterns and standards for the Registration Squad.
• Integrate and maintain identity verification SDKs, including provider upgrades, migrations, and incident response.
• Write clean, tested React Native and iOS code, conduct code reviews, and promote engineering best practices.
• Monitor, debug, and resolve production issues through root-cause analysis and lasting fixes.
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, and backend engineers while mentoring fellow mobile engineers.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience shipping production mobile applications at scale with React Native and iOS native development.
• Hands-on experience integrating third-party mobile SDKs, including identity verification or biometric providers.
• Experience designing testable, maintainable, and resilient mobile architectures.
• Understanding of REST APIs, asynchronous flows, and mobile-backend state interactions.
• Professional written and spoken English is required.
• Strong autonomy, ownership, technical communication, and ability to work in a regulated fintech environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with KYC/AML flows and providers such as Incode, Jumio, or IDWall.
• Experience with onboarding funnels in regulated financial products.
