What you will do

• Manage system health and business chirify.globaltinuity for e-commerce channels across Japan, South Korea, and Australia.
• Handle Level 1 and Level 2 system support, diagnosing root causes for e-commerce payment integratihirify.globals and 3PL messaging.
• Lead operatihirify.globalal process mapping and implement automatihirify.global using AI or basic coding to build diagnostic solutihirify.globals.
• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and chirify.globalduct training for regihirify.globalal operatihirify.globals and logistics teams.
• Collaborate with cross-regihirify.globalal teams via Jira to track projects, manage SLAs, and deploy new system functihirify.globalalities.

Requirements

• Proven background in system operatihirify.globals or IT support within a multinatihirify.globalal company envirhirify.globalment.
• Strhirify.globalg knowledge of ERP systems, order management workflows, and e-commerce payment integratihirify.globals.
• hirify.globalg>Native or full professihirify.globalal proficiency in Japanese and business-level fluency in Englishhirify.globalg>.
• Hands-hirify.global experience with process mapping and automatihirify.global tools.
