What you will do

• Co-own and evolve the design system by designing patterns, components, and tokens.
• Lead end-to-end design system initiatives within product teams, ensuring alignment with engineering and business requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and engineers to deliver intuitive, scalable solutions.
• Improve internal design processes, frameworks, and tooling for better system adoption.
• Mentor peers and advocate for design system value and coherence across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a design system team or equivalent cross-functional design system responsibilities.
• Expert knowledge of design systems, including technical implementation and strategic product quality.
• Strong generalist UX skills with high-quality UI and visual design abilities.
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools including Figma, Miro, and JIRA.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
