Salary: $66,300–$115,400 USD

What you will do
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and support requests across various channels.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to represent user needs and monitor support metrics.
- Utilize AI tools and data analysis to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain high service level agreements while upholding platform policies.
- Track escalated issues to ensure timely and appropriate resolutions for the community.
Requirements
- Must be based in Seattle, San Francisco, Irvine, or New York.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer support, technical support, or content moderation.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce), JIRA, G Suite, GitHub, and Slack.
- Strong critical thinking and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools or AI-assisted workflows.
Nice to have
- Experience as a broadcaster or active member of the community.
- Previous employment in the games industry or live streaming sector.
