What you will do

• Support global customers with deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of the MV product suite.
• Conduct comprehensive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) in live production environments to resolve complex technical issues.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotations, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to ensure continuous system availability.
• Collaborate with the QA team to design, execute, and refine test cases for database patches and new releases.
• Develop automation scripts using Python and Shell for log analysis and internal testing.
• Perform code-level diagnostics within the core C codebase to identify defects and collaborate on structural fixes.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in Technical Support, QA, or Junior Software Development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field.
• Hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, and AIX operating systems.
• Foundational knowledge of C and Python for debugging and automation.
• Must be located in or be able to work from Bentonville, Arkansas, USA.
• Interest in Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models (LLMs).

Nice to have

• Prior exposure to NoSQL or MultiValue databases.
• Familiarity with Git, Bitbucket, and Jira.
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
