What you will do

• Lead marketing support for Southeast Asia customers by collaborating with Sales, Evaluation, and Innovation teams.
• Translate consumer insights and market trends into inspiring fragrance directions and storytelling.
• Drive growth by shaping differentiated fragrance solutions using market intelligence and innovation capabilities.
• Identify new business opportunities and strengthen brand expertise through events and new models.
• Lead transversal marketing initiatives and integrate emerging regional trends into team strategies.
• Support the Marketing Director in strategic planning, category growth, and pipeline development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or International Management.
• 8-10 years of experience in strategic marketing or trend forecasting.
• Strong analytical, creative, and storytelling skills.
• Passion for fragrance and deep understanding of global perfumery market trends.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a multicultural, matrix environment.

Nice to have

• 3-5 years of experience in a fragrance house, particularly in Fine Fragrance.
