What you will do
- Manage social media strategy and content calendars across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Produce high-quality posts, reels, stories, and infographics using Canva, CapCut, and generative AI.
- Monitor community engagement and respond to audience interactions in 's brand voice.
- Conduct social listening and research to identify emerging trends and algorithm shifts.
- Define and track organic growth metrics to inform content decisions and report performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to amplify product launches and community events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience with a track record in managing B2B or B2C social media accounts.
- Must be based in Singapore.
- Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Strong copywriting skills and ability to produce short-form video content.
- Familiarity with generative AI content production frameworks.
