Location: Must be based in Singapore and work from the office at least 4 days per week

What you will do
- Develop and execute tailored marketing strategies to drive audience growth and market positioning for the international roster in SEA.
- Collaborate with Repertoire Owners to align local campaign goals with global artist priorities.
- Implement an audience-first approach using fan insights and cultural trends to shape campaign decisions.
- Partner with Audience, Insights, and Partnerships teams to build CRM and social media initiatives.
- Manage high-impact advertising campaigns and budgets using A/B testing and data analysis.
- Identify new platforms and technologies to keep marketing innovative and fresh.
Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing or campaign management within the music, creative, or entertainment industries.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple artist timelines.
- Analytical mindset to measure campaign success and identify growth opportunities.
- Deep understanding of how fans in South East Asia consume and share content.
- Strong grasp of the digital landscape, including streaming ecosystems and social media platforms.
- Location: Must be based in Singapore with a minimum of 4 days per week in the office
Nice to have
- Established relationships within the local media or digital agency landscape.
- Experience working within a regional or multi-territory structure, specifically in SEA.
- Track record of executing viral or non-traditional marketing stunts.
