What you will do

• Serve as the primary public-facing technical voice across developer communities, forums, and industry events.
• Create original technical content including blogs, demos, tutorials, and videos to drive product adoption.
• Build and grow a vibrant developer community through user groups, ambassador programs, and discussion forums.
• Own the developer experience strategy by partnering with engineering to improve documentation, SDK guides, and API references.
• Review and optimize developer workflows across the website and onboarding portals.
• Track community health metrics and provide actionable feedback to product and engineering teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in developer relations, developer education, or technical writing.
• Strong technical background with comfort in SDKs, APIs, and various backend/frontend languages.
• Proven track record of creating high-quality, widely used developer documentation and technical content.
• Experience building and scaling communities on platforms like Slack, Discord, GitHub, or Stack Overflow.
• Confident public speaker capable of representing the brand at webinars, meetups, and industry events.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across engineering, product, and marketing teams.
