What you will do

• Execute programming needs for live and pre-recorded sports productions.
• Operate state-of-the-art vision mixing equipment, including production switchers, video routers, and control systems.
• Collaborate with directors and content teams to align the visual narrative with production goals.
• Conduct pre-production setup, testing, and rehearsal sessions to ensure optimal technical functioning.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and manage technical facilities.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in real-time to maintain smooth operation during live broadcasts.

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise as a vision mixer in live sports broadcasting environments.
• In-depth knowledge of Grass Valley Kahuna and Kayenne mixers.
• Solid understanding of production technical areas, including galleries, studios, remote, and virtual systems.
• Strong grasp of live production workflows, camera angles, and shot composition.
• Must have the appropriate right to work in the UK.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
