What you will do

• Package and prepare aircraft components for shipment, including coordination and scheduling with trucking companies.
• Receive products and materials from vendors, customers, and subsidiaries.
• Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and full traceability of materials.
• Manage material movement throughout the shop and handle inventory stocking.
• Verify that incoming materials match vendor documentation and mark materials with trace numbers.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Buffalo, NY.
• Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled information.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to understand and apply verbal, written, and computer work instructions in English.
• Basic mathematical proficiency (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Ability to utilize computers and computer systems.

• Previous background in shipping and receiving.
