What you will do
- Act as the first point of contact for customers via telephone, email, and chat.
- Research and resolve customer issues while focusing on high-quality customer experience.
- Verify regulatory documents and record interaction details in Service Cloud (SFDC).
- Analyze and report product malfunctions by testing scenarios and impersonating users.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to share customer feedback and feature requests.
- Educate customers on new features and assist in training junior representatives.
Requirements
- Experience in a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency with Windows PC and general software systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
- Full working rights in Australia (no sponsorship available).
- Must reside within commutable distance of Newcastle, NSW.
