What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts from onboarding through to renewal.
- Develop and maintain strategic Success Plans aligned with customer business outcomes.
- Monitor product usage to identify adoption challenges and reinforce solution value.
- Facilitate Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) to demonstrate impact and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Professional Services to ensure strategic alignment.
- Act as a trusted advisor and escalation point for high-impact customer issues.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in customer success, technical account management, or similar SaaS roles.
- Proven experience in platform management, retention, and issue resolution at executive levels.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with supply chain processes and SaaS platforms.
- Ability to analyze usage data and present actionable recommendations.
- Demonstrated success as a trusted advisor to senior executives.
