What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts from onboarding through to renewal.
  • Develop and maintain strategic Success Plans aligned with customer business outcomes.
  • Monitor product usage to identify adoption challenges and reinforce solution value.
  • Facilitate Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) to demonstrate impact and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Professional Services to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and escalation point for high-impact customer issues.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in customer success, technical account management, or similar SaaS roles.
  • Proven experience in platform management, retention, and issue resolution at executive levels.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with supply chain processes and SaaS platforms.
  • Ability to analyze usage data and present actionable recommendations.
  • Demonstrated success as a trusted advisor to senior executives.
