What you will do

• Serve as a dedicated technical partner for Priority Support customers, providing hands-on support from initial consultation to critical event response.
• Optimize query performance and warehouse utilization to reduce costs and prevent recurring issues.
• Design and execute use cases aligned with Snowflake best practices to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes.
• Own release readiness, lead disaster recovery drills, and provide hands-on migration support.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management and Engineering to improve product offerings based on customer insights.
• Apply AI-powered tooling and workflows for triage, log analysis, response drafting, and trend detection.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Technical Support, Solutions Architecture, or Data Engineering.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Advanced SQL expertise, including query debugging, window functions, and performance tuning.
• Strong RDBMS fundamentals and experience with distributed or MPP database platforms.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and ETL/ELT tools.
• AI fluency and ability to use AI-assisted workflows for analysis and response.

Nice to have

• Experience with DevOps or DataOps tooling such as Git, Jenkins, or Terraform.
• Hands-on experience with Python, Java, JavaScript, Scala, or Spark.
• Familiarity with BI and data exploration tools (Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy).
• Solid understanding of internet fundamentals (TCP/IP, HTTP/S, SFTP, DNS).
