What you will do

• Diagnose performance drivers and identify analytical opportunities to improve growth and business efficiency.
• Shape high-impact projects addressing monetization challenges, player behavior shifts, and operational inefficiencies.
• Translate complex analysis into clear recommendations, action plans, and trade-off scenarios for senior stakeholders.
• Define and improve KPI frameworks used to assess business health, growth, and operational performance.
• Lead analytical input into key performance forums, including S&OP, Quarterly Reviews, and OKRs.
• Raise analytical standards by coaching others on business diagnosis, commercial reasoning, and storytelling.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in analytics, business performance, product analytics, or strategy analytics.
• Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders and supporting high-stakes commercial decisions.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience worhirify.global with large, complex datasets.
• Practical knowledge of KPI design, performance diagnosis, forecasting, and causal analysis.
• Strong data visualization and storytelling skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in mobile gaming, e-commerce, subscriptions, or digital advertising.
• Proficiency with Python, R, and BI platforms such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Familiarity with BigQuery, LTV, retention, and ROAS portfolio performance frameworks.
