What you will do

• Track core product metrics including DAU, Retention, LTV, and ARPDAU, conducting exploratory data analysis to find growth opportunities.
• Synthesize qualitative data from player reviews and user research to develop a holistic view of the player experience.
• Design, execute, and evaluate A/B test experiments to validate product hypotheses.
• Build data models, forecasts, and business cases to support new product initiatives.
• Own the design and maintenance of intuitive dashboards and KPIs to empower data-driven decision-making.
• Leverage generative AI tools to accelerate analytical workflows, summarize datasets, and generate hypotheses.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence within F2P mobile gaming, SaaS, or digital consumer apps.
• Advanced SQL skills for querying large datasets.
• Familiarity with Python or R for statistical analysis and forecasting.
• Proficiency with data visualization platforms such as Hex, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Proven experience designing and interpreting A/B tests to drive product decisions.
• Knowledge of live operations, game economies, and player segmentation.

Nice to have

• Experience building and working with machine learning and predictive modeling concepts.
• Strong background in statistical analysis methods and data science.
