What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), including custom workflows, rules, and connectors.
• Architect secure, scalable IAM solutions aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain RBAC/certification workflows and identity policies to reduce organizational risk.
• Manage the full lifecycle of IAM systems, from architecture and testing to deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Compliance, IT, and HR to ensure seamless provisioning/deprovisioning across the identity ecosystem.
• Serve as a technical expert by participating in code reviews and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Las Vegas, Nevada.
• 3+ years of hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) development experience, including advanced rule, workflow, and XML/Beanshell customization.
• Strong Java programming skills and 4-5+ years of broader software engineering or IAM domain expertise.
• Proven experience integrating SailPoint IIQ with Entra ID, Active Directory, ServiceNow, and Workday.
• Solid understanding of identity lifecycle management (JML), RBAC, and protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and REST/SOAP APIs.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with BeyondTrust, Ping Identity, or Okta.
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix and PKI authentication.
• Experience with DevOps/CI-CD tools such as Jenkins and Ansible.
• Industry-recognized security certifications such as CISM, CISSP, or CCSP.
