What you will do

• Direct enterprise identity governance and validate dynamic authentication mechanics across multi-tenant networks.
• Develop the master Zero Trust Implementation Plan and Governance documentation based on federal Executive Orders and DoD instructions.
• Design and review conditional access rules based on continuous device risk scoring.
• Supervise identity credentialing staff and audit access management directories to prevent permission creep.
• Conduct technical post-implementation reviews to guarantee zero unauthorized access events.
• Coordinate identity federation, directory synchronization, and multi-factor authentication (MFA) enforcement.

Requirements

• Active Department of Defense Top Secret/SCI (Tier 5 Investigation) clearance required.
• Active DoD 8570.01-M / DoDM 8140 IAM Level II or higher baseline certification (e.g., CISM, CISSP, or GSLC).
• Professional certification in Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator or equivalent (SailPoint, Okta, Active Directory).
• Completion of the Defense Cyber Crime Center (DC3) Cyber 101 course.
• 6–9 years of experience in identity access management, enterprise directory administration, or IT security supervision.
• Expertise in SAML, OAuth, OIDC, Kerberos, and LDAP protocols within hybrid cloud environments.
• Must be a US Citizen; the company is unable to sponsor visas.
