What you will do

• Drive high-stakes project work including cross-functional coordination, vendor relationships, and go-to-market operations.
• Serve as the primary liaison for the offshore Records Retrieval team, managing communication and workflow coordination.
• Diagnose operational inefficiencies and own the full cycle from problem identification through solution design and implementation.
• Plan and project manage team transitions and operational process rollouts within the department.
• Build and maintain department reporting for leadership, focusing on SLA tracking, productivity metrics, and case completion data.
• Design and maintain SOPs, training materials, and department playbooks as the business scales.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategic operations, business operations, or consulting, ideally at a high-growth startup.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience managing or coordinating with offshore or distributed teams across various time zones.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with proficiency in Google Sheets or similar tools.
• Ability to influence across departments and distill complex operational realities into narratives for senior leaders.
