What you will do

• Operate and maintain AWS managed services (RDS, ElastiCache, Kinesis, etc.) for the Health Applications Platform Services.
• Implement and maintain 100% Infrastructure as Code (IaC) governance using Terraform.
• Manage centralized secrets and certificates using HashiCorp Vault and AWS Secrets Manager.
• Support multi-region enablement and data replication strategies.
• Perform adaptive, perfective, preventive, and corrective maintenance to ensure 99.995% availability.
• Participate in daily Change Control Board (CCB) meetings and contribute to software version posture reports.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident who has lived in the US for at least 3 years.
• Active Federal Civilian Public Trust clearance.
• 3+ years of experience in AWS cloud engineering.
• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Terraform, HashiCorp Vault, and AWS cost optimization (S3 tiering, Savings Plans).
• Experience supporting a federal agency.
