Salary: USD 135,000 - 165,000 yearly

What you will do

• Design and implement reliability practices for cloud infrastructure and platform services.
• Define and monitor SLOs, SLIs, and operational metrics to improve system stability.
• Maintain monitoring, logging, and observability solutions across AWS environments.
• Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and lead post-incident reviews.
• Develop automation using Terraform and CloudFormation to reduce operational toil.
• Support the reliability of streaming platforms, APIs, and media workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–7 years of experience in SRE, Cloud Engineering, or DevOps.
• Strong hands-on experience with enterprise-scale AWS environments.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Experience with scripting languages like Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Must be based in or able to work from New York City, NY or Englewood Cliffs, NJ (Hybrid 3 days onsite).
