What you will do

• Define business requirements and map out end-to-end solutions for scrum projects.
• Design, develop, and maintain application code based on specific business needs.
• Liaise with internal user groups to program applications effectively.
• Ensure functional specifications are technically implementable through innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with peers and partners to advance Fidelity's position in the Mutual Fund Industry.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of OpenEdge ABL (Progress 4GL).
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Mathematics.
• 2+ years of professional software development and implementation experience.
• Proficiency with Relational Databases (SQL).
• Must be based in Toronto for office-based work.

Nice to have

• Experience within the Financial Industry.
• Knowledge of government regulations such as RESP, RDSP, or FATCA/CRS.
